Yesterday, EPXC made the long drive down to Salida, CO to compete on what is arguably the most challenging cross country course in the state. Both our teams placed 9th overall and 4th in 3A. This finish is impressive considering both teams ran with incomplete rosters and the teams ahead of us are regular contenders for the 3A state title.
Thank you to the Gosnells for a great team dinner on Friday and to the Ginters for filling the snack bin.
This weekend, EPXC heads to the Patriot League meet in Brush to compete for the league title. Our runners are ready to put down some fast times and we're looking forward to seeing what our team can accomplish when we put two full rosters on the starting line.
EPXC would also like to send out a big 'Thank You' to everyone who participated in making the EPXC's Color Run a success again this year. This event wouldn't be possible without our athlete volunteers and parent participants.
