The Egg Nog Mile is UPON us!! This Friday, December 21st @1PM on EPHS Track is the most preeminent event of the holiday season in Estes Park. The 4th annual installment is the ultimate test of a runner's fitness, stomach strength, and holiday spirit. No matter if you are running, volunteering, or spectating, we want EVERYONE out.

Again, there will be a secondary competition for the BEST holiday costume. Whether that's an ugly X-mas sweater, stocking hats, holiday socks, etc. we want to see them.

Prizes will be awarded upon conclusion of the races.

See you all in less than 2 days!!

Secondly, is an Estes Park tradition going back 40years! Below is a message from the RD's of the Frost Giant:

The legendary Frost Giant road/trail run will celebrate its 40th Anniversary Sunday, Jan. 27 in Estes Park with a return to its HISTORIC 5k AND 10k courses at the base of Lumpy Ridge near Rocky Mountain National Park. Proceeds will benefit Chase Murray, an Estes Park Cross Country Team runner undergoing treatment for leukemia. Come race for Chase!

Registration is now open:
