EPXC's 'End-Of-Year' Banquet will be on Wednesday, November 2nd from 4:45 - 7ishPM at the Estes Park Fire Station; a great venue with ample room and awesome location. There will be a short presentation by Marc Robinson on Fire Alarm replacement & safety.
The banquet will be catered by Poppy's Pizza with the following menu:
- Mama Rose’s House Salad
- Garlic Bread
- Baked Pasta with marinara sauce (vegetarian)
- Sautéed vegetables
- Italian Sausage
- Disposable Plate and silverware
- Assorted dessert tapas
EPXC will be covering the cost of all runner's meals and others will be $7 per person. Please have payment (check made out to EPXC or cash) due Tuesday, November 1 (the sooner the better though :-) ).
Decorations will be provided by the BAC'ers and will have EPXC parents help to decorate.
